Best Crab Pasta Salad

I’ve always loved seafood, and this has got to be hands down my favorite salad; Best Crab Pasta Salad with pineapple; made with imitation crab, boiled eggs, potatoes, celery, onions, macaroni, carrots, veganaize, and seasonings. However, I can never make up my mind which one to eat. I can never make up my mind which one to eat. Ever since I first I tasted this salad at one of our party/gatherings.  And, the best part you can eat it as a light meal or as a side dish.

Although, I prefer fresh ingredients. Any time I need to make this salad in a hurry, I would buy Reser’s Original Potato Salad, Uncle Dan’s Creamy Ranch Dressing seasoning packet, and a small package of slivered carrots in the cold case of the vegetable department. Most times I would usually have the rest of the ingredients in my pantry.

**I prefer to use mayonnaise with avocado oil or Avonnaise. Here’s a great recipe for Avocado Mayo.
